Creator terms

1. Eligibility

You must be an independent creator, at least 18 years old, and legally able to offer your services where you work.

2. Your work and samples

You confirm that every sample you submit is your own work, or that you were a credited part of it, and that you have the right to show it. Do not submit client work you are not allowed to share.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display your samples, name and profile details on the Site and when promoting the Site. You can ask us to remove them at any time.

3. Checking and listing

We review applications and may ask for project files, links or a short call. We decide whether to list a profile, and may remove or edit a listing that is inaccurate or breaches these terms.

4. Introductions

When a brief fits your work, we may introduce you by email. You are free to decline. Please reply to every introduction, even to say no.

Your agreement with a business, including price, rights, tax and payment, is between you and the business. We take no commission.

5. Conduct

Treat businesses honestly and professionally. Do not use contact details from an introduction for anything else, and do not misrepresent your skills, location or languages.

6. Fees

Listing is free during our launch period. If we introduce optional paid features, such as featured placement, we will publish prices before they apply.

7. Leaving

You can ask us to remove your profile at any time by emailing us. We will remove it within a reasonable time.
