Privacy policy
Effective from 1 November 2026
This policy explains how Baidehi Ravanari Atelier, a proprietorship firm based in Pune, Maharashtra, India ("we") handles personal data on thesocialmediacreators.com. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the UK, the GDPR principles.
1. What we collect
Information you send us through our forms: your name, email, optional phone or WhatsApp number, company, city, budget, timeline, brief, portfolio links, languages and rate.
Basic, anonymous usage statistics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or identify individual visitors. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security.
2. Why we use it
To reply to you, to review creator applications, to make introductions you ask for, to run and improve the Site, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
With the creator or business we introduce you to, which is the purpose of the service. With service providers that help us run the Site, such as hosting (Vercel) and email delivery (Amazon Web Services), under their data-protection terms. With authorities where the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside India, including in Singapore, Australia, the EU and the US. Because introductions often connect people in different countries, your details may be sent to a creator or business abroad when you ask for an introduction.
5. How long we keep it
Form messages and introduction emails are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance, by emailing us. We aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EEA/UK, your local data-protection authority.
7. Security
The Site uses HTTPS, and access to messages is limited to the people who run the service. No method is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
8. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We may update this policy; the effective date above will change when we do.
