Terms of use

1. What we do

The Site is a directory of independent social media creators and an introduction service. We show creators' work and, on request, introduce a business to a creator by email.

We are not an agency, employer, broker of payments or party to any agreement between a business and a creator. Creators are independent professionals, not our employees or agents.

2. Your account and information

You must give accurate information in any form you submit and be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

By requesting an introduction you agree that we may share your brief and contact details with the creator(s) we introduce you to, and theirs with you.

3. Agreements between businesses and creators

Price, scope, timelines, rights, payment and any dispute are matters between the business and the creator. We recommend agreeing them in writing before work starts.

We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, legality or outcome of any work, or that any introduction will lead to a project.

4. Fees

Browsing is free. Introductions and creator listings are free during our launch period. If we introduce fees, we will publish them on the pricing page before they apply. We do not take a commission on projects.

5. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Site: no scraping, spam, false information, impersonation, unlawful content, attempts to bypass security, or use of contact details for anything other than the introduced project.

6. Content and intellectual property

The Site's design, text and code belong to us or our licensors. Creators keep ownership of their work and grant us a licence to display it on the Site and in promoting the Site. Example images are credited on our photo credits page.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided 'as is'. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from work, payments or communication between businesses and creators. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the fees, if any, you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Suspension and changes

We may remove listings, refuse introductions or suspend access where these terms are breached. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do.

9. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Site.
